How do I find out what my home is worth?
Online estimates are a starting point, but they can't see your finishes, your lot or which school boundary you're in. Walker reviews recent comparable sales and the home itself, then gives you a price range and the reasoning behind it, usually within one business day. Learn more
How long does it take to sell a home in the western suburbs?
It depends on price, condition and the season. Walker's recent listings went under contract in two to seven days, but a well-priced home that is prepared properly is the biggest factor you control. Learn more

Which western suburbs have a Metra station?
Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Winfield and West Chicago are on Metra's Union Pacific West line, Naperville is on the BNSF line and Bartlett is on the Milwaukee District West line. Carol Stream and Warrenville don't have their own stations but are a short drive from one. Learn more
How do I know which school district a home is in?
District boundaries in DuPage County don't always follow town lines, so a mailing address alone isn't enough. Walker checks the specific property against the district's boundary lookup before you write an offer. Learn more
